This was a great story for adults and children both. I didn't want to put it down! There are several great morals to the story that are clear yet delivered without being "in your face". I immediately passed it on to my kids to read!
While this was a quick and easy read, whether for a parent like myself or for younger folks like my children, this book speaks to the reader's imagination in exploring deep topics such as greed and hate, gratitude and forgiveness, in ways that are thought-filled but easily grasped by the reader. Great reading!
A great story that will entertain children and adults alike, all while teaching a powerful lesson about the importance friendship and hope in difficult times
